Three months of strike in the government hospitals finally ended

Since December 5th, the doctors and other medical staff have been on strike in the government hospitals. This has put a great pressure on Kinondo Kwetu medical services. Also, as there is no theatre where we can do caesarean sections, tragedies have taken place when there was nowhere where the mothers could be referred.
Now the strike is finally over. Sara Törnquist, a Swedish midwife, who in many periods have worked at Kinondo Kwetu medical services, has, together with her colleague midwife Patricia Håkans, written a report about the daily life during the strike.
