Traditional Birth Attendants to spread the use of Solvatten

Solvatten units are distributed to the traditional birth attendants (TBA:s) that are an important work force for the clinic. Recently they were instructed on the use of Solvatten, that will clean the water from the contaminated wells that cause many diseases in Kinondo.

The TBA:s main task is to bring pregnant women to the clinic for antenatal care and delivery, at which they assist the staff in caring of the mother’s well being. They are also an important communication link to the villages.
